Cancellation Policy

At R.A. Beauty Studio, we value your time and our commitment to providing clinical-grade beauty care. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask you to adhere to our cancellation guidelines.

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure the quality of clinical care and will be charged a late fee.
Deposits: All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking if the 24-hour notice policy is followed.
